Returns & Exchanges

All our jewellery is handmade, resulting in each items being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones colour and shape therefore may vary slightly, there maybe some variation from the photographs.

Due to the hygiene reason we are unable to offer refunds or exchange on Earrings

We accept return if you received wrong or damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours via our email.

We happy to accept returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can request to return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, Please email to process the return

When returning the item, the product must be unworn and in original packaging and the Gold secure tags are not removed or broken 

When sending items back, please include your order confirmation email with the package.

Return the items via trackable secure postal delivery and obtain proof of delivery

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, including the postage fee  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer free returns on all faulty UK Orders, if you have simply changed your mind or for international orders, returns will be at the customer’s expense.
