We happy to accept returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can request to return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, Please email info@kuchiluxury.com to process the return

When returning the item, the product must be unworn and in original packaging and the Gold secure tags are not removed or broken 

When sending items back, please include your order confirmation email with the package.

Return the items via trackable secure postal delivery and obtain proof of delivery

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, including the return postage fee 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All our jewelry is handmade, resulting in each items being unique and slightly different from each other, the natural stones colours and shape therefore may vary slightly, there maybe some variation from the photographs,
